Where do you ship?
We ship all over the world. For countries where there exist requirements regarding the appearance of airsoft guns we will perform the appropriate modifications prior to shipping. For countries and cities where airsoft is illegal shipping is at the customers own risk and Gamepod Combat Airsoft will not be held liable for seizures by customs. Examples include Australia. Singapore. Korea and Indonesia For our US customers please check with local laws regarding ownership of Airsoft guns.
Please note that while we do ship to valid Military APOs we do NOT ship to PO Boxes.
We have a variety of shipping options available for selection during the checkout process allowing you to choose the best method to fit your needs and budget. Orders over $150.00USD will be shipped free of charge using USPS Parcel Post.
How long after I pay can I expect to receive my order?
We typically ship out your order within 1 to 2 days for standard items and 3 to 5 days for orders requiring upgrades or modification work. Add to that the time for delivery which can add anywhere from 2 to 5 days. You should expect to receive your order within 4 to 10 days of payment for standard orders and 7 to 10 days for custom orders.
If you have chosen upgrade work to be performed on your gun please expect 3 to 5 days for modifications and testing before your order will ship out. Thorough testing will avoid problems once the gun makes its way to you.
While Gamepod Combat Airsoft cannot guarantee delivery times we process orders as soon as we receive them. Delivery time may vary particularly during holiday seasons such as Christmas.
How can I check the status of my order?
Order status can be checked anytime by signing in to your account. Email updates are also automatically sent every time the status of your order has changed.
My order was shipped how can I track it?
A tracking number is provided via email the moment your order has shipped.
What kinds of delivery guarantee is offered?
Unless Airsoft is illegal in your city or country we offer a MONEY BACK guarantee that you will receive your order and that customs does not seize it and If a seizure does occur we give you your money back or ship a replacement.
Online Sales Warranty
Gamepod Combat Airsoft products carry a 30 day non transferable parts and labor warranty (100 days for our Field Ready and Echo 1 line's, 120 Days for all Armortech AEG's) for defects from manufacture or workmanship only.
Due to the nature of Airsoft we can not accept exchanges or returns for refund, however in the unlikely event an Airsoft Gun product purchased from us should have an issue covered under warranty we will correct the issue and return the product to you in proper working condition or replace it at our discretion.
Alterations or modifications to the product by any person not employed by Gamepod Combat Airsoft will result in all warranties becoming null and void. Further any warranty will be null and void if used BBs. Low quality BBs. BBs less than 0.20g. paint ball BBs or non precision BBs are used. Gamepod Combat Airsoft is not liable for any damages resulting from improper handling storage use or misuse of products. Any claim shall be null and void unless made in writing and presented to Gamepod Combat Airsoft within 48 hours from the date of purchase. Return shipping to Gamepod Combat Airsoft is the sole responsibility of the original product owner.
Return shipping costs from Gamepod Combat Airsoft to the original product owner is covered under warranty providing the issue is covered. We do not offer a warranty on the products beyond this time as improper use can break a product very quickly. Please read the instructions carefully before using your product. Should you find damage or problems with your purchase please contact us within 24 hours for immediate action. We cannot offer warranty periods beyond that since we cannot control how the gun or accessories are used. Any problem reports made after 24 hours will not be honored by Gamepod Combat Airsoft.
All returns must be authorized in advance!! Contact us for an RMA number(Return Murchandise Authorazation) prior to shipping your product to us!! Any products returned without an RMA will be returned to shipper. You can reach us 7 days a week at 925-755-GAME(4263) we also can be faxed to 925-755-8380 please include all product information as well as the reason for the RMA in your fax along with your contact information a representative will contact you within 24 hours.
