How do I pay for my purchase?
There are various methods of payment including credit card and PayPal.(Please note that we do not accept personal checks)
We take virtually any major credit card directly and securely online. Our site uses PayPal for secure processing, and does not require you to have a PayPal account. Should you already have a PayPal account you wish to use that is available as well. We also do NOT store your credit card information on our site so your information is not at risk.
What do you do with my personal information?
We treat your personal information with the utmost respect. Your information will never be shared or sold.
Where do you ship?
We ship all over the world. For countries where there exist requirements regarding the appearance of airsoft guns, we will perform the appropriate modifications prior to shipping. For countries and cities where airsoft is illegal, shipping is at the customers own risk and Gamepod Combat Airsoft will not be held liable for seizures by customs. Examples include Australia, Singapore, Korea, and Indonesia. For our US customers please check with local laws regarding ownership of Airsoft guns.
Please note that we do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
How much is shipping ?
That depends on what you are ordering since shipping costs are highly sensitive to weight and dimensions. The heavier and larger your order is, the more it will cost to ship. However, there are economies of scale and shipping cost per pound decreases as the package gets heavier. As such, the per gun shipping cost is more expensive for one gun than if you ordered two guns. It's always more cost effective to ship more in one package than to ship separately.
For example one AEG shipped anywhere in the US could range from 15.00 to 25.00 depending on weight, two AEGs could range from 25.00 to 40.00 shipping cost depending on weight.
The website has a defalut shipping calculator, in most cases your order will cost less than what is displayed at checkout, in those cases a full refund of the difference is returned to you at the time of shipping.
You also have the option of contacting us at sales@gamepod.com to request an exact shipping quote.
We use a variety of shipping services - We select the lowest cost and most reliable service for your location.
Tip: If you have friends who live near you, and would like to order as well - you can suggest batching everything into one order to save on shipping costs for everyone.
How long after I pay can I expect to receive my order?
We typically ship out the order within 2 days for standard items, and 7 to 10 days for orders requiring upgrades or modification work. Add to that the time for delivery (which can add anywhere from 2 to 5 days, you should expect to receive your order within 4 to 10 days of payment for standard orders and 9-14 days for custom orders.
If you have chosen upgrade work to be performed on your gun, please expect 3-5 days for modifications and testing before your order will ship out. Thorough testing will avoid problems once the gun makes it's way to you!
While Gamepod Combat Airsoft cannot guarantee delivery times, we process orders as soon as we receive them. Delivery time may vary, particularly during holiday seasons such as Christmas.
My order was shipped how can I track it?
A tracking number is provided via email the moment you order has shipped.
What kinds of delivery guarantee is offered?
Unless airsoft is illegal in your city or country, we offer a MONEY-BACK guarantee that you will receive your order and that customs does not seize it. If a seizure does occur, we give you your money back or ship a replacement!
What do your AEGs come with?
Each AEG comes with the following:
1) Standard or HiCapacity magazine (Depends on Manufacturer)
1) BB loading tool
1) barrel clearing and cleaning rod

Batteries and chargers are sold separately and can be purchased through our accessories section. In some promotional offers, batteries and / or chargers are included with the gun. One good charger is enough to support your entire collection of guns, Don't be fooled in to buying a gun from another retailer because it comes with a charger, many included chargers are cheap and of low quality, and may actually damage you expensive battery, Gamepod Combat Airsoft only includes high quality chargers in package specials.
How do you handle orange paint and trademarks?
We sympathize with customers who don't want their gun altered from the original look. US federal regulations require painting the tip of the barrel bright orange and all non-licensed trademarks to be removed from the gun. We fully comply with these rules through painting the barrel, and puttying/painting over the trademarks.
If you are using airsoft guns for theatrical purposes or intend to keep them on private premises throughout their entire life of use, then removal of the orange paint requires some paint thinner, a rag, and some patience for removal. We however do not recommend removing the orange paint if the airsoft guns will be displayed in public. Our special methods of treating trademarks allows you to recover them if you wish.
Do GCA products carry a warranty?
Yes, Gamepod Combat Airsoft products carry a full 30 day non transferable parts and labor warranty for defects from manufacture or workmanship only, alterations or modifications to the product by any person not employed by Gamepod Combat Airsoft, will result in all warranties becoming null and void, further, any warranty will be null and void if, used BB's, Low quality BB's, BB's less than 0.20g, paint ball BB's or non Japanese BB's are used. Gamepod Combat Airsoft is not liable for any damages resulting from improper handling, storage, use or misuse of products. Any claim shall be null and void unless made in writing, and presented to Gamepod Combat Airsoft within 30 days from the date of purchase, return shipping to Gamepod Combat Airsoft is the sole responsibility of the original product owner, return shipping costs from Gamepod Combat Airsoft to the original product owner is covered under warranty. We do not offer a warranty on the products beyond this time as improper use can break a product very quickly. Please read the instructions carefully before using your product. Should you find damage or problems with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours for immediate action. We cannot offer warranty periods beyond that since we cannot control how the gun or accessories are used. Any problem reports made after 24 hours will not be honored by Gamepod Combat Airsoft.

While we do not currently take phone orders, we do accept fax orders. Orders can be faxed to 925-757-3910 please include all product numbers in your fax, along with your contact information, a sales representative will contact you within 24 hours.
