Building on the immense success of the Carbine, Marui has released its own RIS version of this popular rifle with a mock laser unit mounted atop to conceal a small battery. The inside construction of the rail is of metal and therefore gives the RIS Carbine a little more weight up front when compared against its stock counterpart. The tactical vertical grip can be moved or removed completely depending on your fighting style so you can attach other accessories on the rail. The carrying handle can also be removed depending on your preference. Composite rear stock is extendable. Metal parts include barrel assembly, fully adjustable front/rear sights, magazine, trigger, handle/upper receiver, and T charging handle. For authenticity's sake, the dust cover springs open when you pull the charging handle - just like on the real steel! Metal sling mounts allow you to install a sling. Metal flash hider screws off to reveal counter-clockwise 14mm thread for attachment of silencer (not included). Small battery is stored in fake laser unit mounted on top of RIS rail.
